30-day return policy

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return one or more items, without needing to provide any reason. This commercial return right is in addition to Swiss statutory warranties and does not replace them.

Eligibility conditions

To be accepted for return, the product must be in its original condition: unused, in complete original packaging, with all accessories, labels and documentation included. Reasonable inspection of the product (opening the packaging to check) is permitted and does not affect your right to return.

Return process

1. Contact us at contact (at) volterie.com with your order number (VOLT-…) and the items you wish to return.
2. We will send return instructions within 24 hours. A prepaid label can be provided on request; its cost is deducted from the refund unless the item is defective, not as described, or damaged on delivery.
3. Package the product(s) carefully and drop off the parcel at a Swiss Post office.
4. Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective, not as described, or was damaged during delivery. In these cases, we cover all return shipping costs.

Refund

The refund is issued to the original payment method (TWINT, Visa or Mastercard) within 5–7 working days after the return is confirmed. The refunded amount includes the product price and original shipping costs if the entire order is returned.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different model, size or colour, contact our customer service team. We will arrange the exchange as quickly as possible, subject to availability.

Damaged or defective products

If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us upon receipt. After verification, we arrange a return at no cost and offer replacement or refund under the applicable terms.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned: personalised items (engraving, marking), and items whose hygiene seal has been opened after delivery. These exceptions are clearly stated on the product page.

Returns after 30 days

After the 30-day period, we can no longer accept returns under our commercial return policy. However, the statutory warranty for defects (2 years) and the Victorinox warranty remain applicable. Contact us for any claim.

Withdrawal form

The 30-day return period is a voluntary contractual policy offered by Volterie. To use it, send a written declaration stating your name, address, order number, receipt date and affected items to contact (at) volterie.com or Volterie, Route d’Ursy 7, 1678 Siviriez, Switzerland.
