30-day return policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order, without having to justify your decision.

Conditions

• Product complete, in its original packaging, undamaged and with no signs of abnormal use.
• Reasonable inspection of the product (unpacking, initial use) does not exclude your right to return.
• Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or not as described — in which case we cover it in full.

Defective product

All products are covered by the statutory warranty for defects under Swiss Code of Obligations (art. 197 ff. — 2 years). In case of a defect, contact us: we handle diagnosis and, if needed, repair or replacement. Victorinox pocket knives additionally carry the manufacturer's international lifetime warranty against material and workmanship defects.
