We deliver within Switzerland via Swiss Post using standard delivery at no charge. Order-processing status is available on the tracking page.

The estimated total delivery time is 3 to 14 working days from order confirmation. This includes order preparation and carriage by Swiss Post. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding federal and cantonal public holidays.

Carrier

All orders are shipped via Swiss Post (standard delivery). This reliable service covers the entire Swiss territory, including mountain regions and rural areas.

Packaging

Delivery addresses

We deliver to any address in Switzerland, including PO boxes. Please make sure your address is complete and correct when ordering (name, street, postcode, city, canton). We do not ship abroad.

Delivery delays

If an order has not been delivered within 14 working days after confirmation, contact contact (at) volterie.com. We will check its status with Swiss Post and explain the applicable next steps.
