Volterie is an independent Swiss online store, specialised in authentic Victorinox products: Swiss Army Knives, kitchen knives, watches and luggage. We are not Victorinox AG — we are a retailer.

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 working days (dispatch Monday to Friday). Standard delivery in 2 to 5 working days after payment confirmation, delivery Monday to Friday. A tracking number is sent by e-mail as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order, without having to justify your decision.

All payments are securely processed by our payment service provider Mollie (Amsterdam, Netherlands, PCI-DSS certified).

All products are covered by the statutory warranty for defects under Swiss Code of Obligations (art. 197 ff. — 2 years). In case of a defect, contact us: we handle diagnosis and, if needed, repair or replacement. Victorinox pocket knives additionally carry the manufacturer's international lifetime warranty against material and workmanship defects.
