Product details
The EcoFlow 5kWh Independence Power Kit is a ready-to-install off-grid bundle that pairs the Power Hub, AC/DC Smart Distribution Panel and Console with one 5.120 Wh LFP battery. With a single 40,6 kg battery in a 50 × 26 × 30 cm case, it delivers enough storage to run a mid-size camper or tiny house for one full day of typical use — lights, fridge, laptop, water pump and occasional cooking. The system is 48 V from end to end and uses LiFePO₄ cells rated for 3.500 cycles to 80 % of the original capacity, which corresponds to roughly ten years of daily use.
- 5.120 Wh usable storage at 51,2 V nominal, with an 80 A charge and 100 A discharge limit for heavy simultaneous loads.
- X-Boost inverter delivers up to 5.000 W continuous AC output for induction, microwave and heavy tools without a second unit.
- Three MPPT solar inputs (15-150 V, 30 A each) plus a combined solar or alternator input harvest energy from roof arrays and a running engine simultaneously.
- AC/DC Distribution Panel with 6 AC outlets and 12 DC circuits (6 adjustable, 6 fixed, 10-30 V DC, 20 A each) removes the need for a separate fuse box.
- Integrated BMS with self-heating keeps the LFP pack usable in cold weather and cuts off charging in extreme conditions.
- Console with a 1024 × 600 pixel touchscreen shows power flow and per-circuit status locally, no smartphone needed.

It suits a solo van build or a small tiny house where one dense storage block is preferred to several smaller modules, and where future capacity growth is a nice-to-have rather than a must-have. Note that 2 kWh and 5 kWh Power Kit batteries cannot be mixed.
