Every product is covered by the EU statutory 24-month warranty, plus the following EcoFlow manufacturer warranties:

• Portable power stations (DELTA, RIVER series): 5 years
• Home batteries (STREAM, PowerOcean): 10 years on the battery pack
• Solar panels: 5–10 years depending on the model
• Accessories and cables: 2 years
