Are these genuine EcoFlow products?
Yes. Every unit is a factory-sealed, original EcoFlow product bought from authorised European distribution channels. Serial numbers are validated by EcoFlow’s support and covered by the full manufacturer warranty.
Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
All orders ship from our warehouse in the EU. Standard delivery is 2–4 business days for most countries. Large items (home batteries, power kits) go on pallets with a scheduled kerbside delivery.
What is included in the box?
Every product ships with the components listed by EcoFlow on the original datasheet — power station, mains cable, DC charging cable and quick-start guide for portable stations; full component set for home batteries and power kits. See the product page for the exact list.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — every product has EcoFlow’s manufacturer warranty (5 years for DELTA/RIVER portable stations, 10 years for STREAM/PowerOcean home batteries, 5–10 years for solar panels, 2 years for accessories). We handle the warranty claim with EcoFlow on your behalf.
Can I return the product if I change my mind?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery under EU distance-selling law. See our Right of withdrawal & returns page.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), SEPA, iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay — all processed by PCI-DSS certified Mollie. We never store card details.
Do you sell to businesses (B2B)?
Yes. Enter your VAT ID at checkout — VAT reverse charge is automatically applied for valid EU VAT IDs (except NL). Invoices are issued with the buyer’s VAT number for accounting.
Can I install a home battery myself?
STREAM plug-in batteries are designed for DIY installation via a normal household socket and require no electrician. Larger systems (PowerOcean, 5 kVA Power Kits) must be commissioned by a certified installer.
Can I charge an EcoFlow product from solar?
Yes — every DELTA and RIVER portable station has an XT60 solar input. Just plug in a compatible EcoFlow solar panel or MC4-to-XT60 cable and the built-in MPPT controller does the rest.
