Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the last item.

To exercise the right, inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement (email to [email protected]).

Effects of withdrawal

We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you, unless the item is defective.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken.
