1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed with Volterie B.V. via this website by both consumers and businesses.

2. Conclusion of contract

The product listings on this site do not constitute a binding offer. By clicking "Pay securely" you place a binding order; the contract becomes effective when we send the shipping confirmation.

3. Prices & payment

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping (see shipping). Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. (cards, iDEAL, SEPA, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna).

4. Delivery

EU delivery within 2–4 business days from payment. Details: /shipping.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until fully paid.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. Full information: /returns.

7. Warranty

Statutory 2-year warranty applies, plus the EcoFlow manufacturer warranty.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use.

9. Governing law

The law of our registered seat applies. Consumers can use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
