Product details
The EcoFlow In-Parallel Solar Connection Cable (XT60) is a 17 cm, 40 g adapter that combines two portable solar panels with an XT60 output into a single XT60 lead for the XT60 input of a power station. Unlike a series cable, the parallel setup keeps voltage identical to that of a single panel and simply adds up the currents, which lets you connect two panels whose combined voltage in series would exceed the power station's PV input limit.
- Compact 17 cm cable that turns two XT60 panels into one parallel XT60 lead for a power station input.
- Ideal case: a DELTA Pro 3 with a low-voltage PV input capped at 60 V — two 400 W panels in series would reach 78.6 V and exceed the limit, but in parallel they stay at a single panel's 39.3 V.
- Maximum realistic wattage in this setup can be estimated as PV voltage × maximum PV port current — for a DELTA Pro 3 with 2 × 400 W panels that is 39.3 V × 20 A = 786 W.
- Works well when two panels are placed in different spots or at different angles, because each panel keeps producing its own current independently.
- Shading on one panel in a parallel string does not fully cancel the output of the other panel.
